There are 3 Music Licences offered by Waiting Production :
– Commercial Music Licence

What is the commercial music license ?
The Waiting Production commercial music license allows you to use purchased music for a single commercial project.

What is the personal music license ?
The Waiting Production Personal Music License allows you to use purchased music for up to three personal projects.
Projects must not be for commercial purposes.

What is the combined music license ?
he Waiting Production Combined Music License is a combination of the commercial and personal music licenses. It allows you to use purchased samples and sound effects for an unlimited number of commercial and personal projects.

Music licenses are royalty-free, so free ?
No, the music, samples, and sound effects are not free.
Royalty-free means that Waiting Production does not receive royalties. You can therefore distribute your project as many times as you like, using any of the sounds you have purchased and integrated into your project.
Please note that for commercial and personal music licenses, which correspond to the purchase of music, there is a limit to the number of projects in which the purchased sound can be used.
Only the combined license corresponding to the purchase of a sample pack and a sound effect has no usage limits for the purchased sound.
However, Waiting Production remains the sole owner of the audio recording you have purchased.
What is a non-exclusive music licence ?
The music license is called non-exclusive because the audio product sold by Waiting Production is not exclusive to a single client. The same sound recording is sold to a diverse clientele. But your project will be unique.
How long are the licenses valid once the customer has purchased the music, sample, or sound effect ?
The music license for the audio recording is perpetual. This means that the sound recording purchased is available for life, for as long as the Waiting Production company exists.
For example, if you need to make an artistic reworking of your project that includes the purchased audio recording, but you have lost it, it will be sent to you free of charge.
PURCHASING MUSIC, SAMPLES AND SOUND EFFECTS
Does my sound purchase belong to me for life ?
The audio recording is yours for life.
However, your sound purchase does not belong to you.
Waiting Production remains the sole owner of the sound you have purchased.
You cannot sell the sound product purchased on Waiting Production, but you can sell your project containing this same sound product.
Is there a time limit for downloading the purchased sound product from the website ?
The sound recording is available on the customer’s account for 10 downloads, and for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Rest assured, this duration is legitimate to avoid piracy.
The audio recording purchased will always be available for life, within the lifetime of Waiting Production.
Once the availability period has expired, simply contact Waiting Production to reactivate the download or to send you the product. And this, of course, at no cost to you.
Why can music cost more than a sample pack ?
The price of a Waiting Production sound production depends on a number of factors (the time spent designing the sound, its complexity, its duration, the choice of music license, etc.).
A sample lasting 2 seconds may be less complex to create than a piece of music with 20 instrument tracks.
